Before continuing our search for the Northern Lights, we head down to black sandy beaches to gaze at the sky along the southern coast, sample Icelandic Schnapps and taste other Icelandic delicacies. The next stop takes us to one of Iceland’s most renowned seafood restaurants for an unforgettable lobster feast. Icelandic lobster, langoustine, is smaller than the American lobster and has a sweet, delicate flavor.
